Default Pig Potato

I wanted to use up a leftover half of a big, boneless porkchop. I
shredded it, heated it slowly in some barbecue sauce, and served it on
top of baked potatoes. I also topped the potatoes with a little butter,
salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Cheese, sour cream, hot peppers, green
onion, etc., are good additions, too.
