Default No TV Dinners without TV

I was going to make TV dinners today, when my husband told me that we
cant eat them now, because our TV broke, and it's in the repair shop.
Does a person have to have have a working TV in their house to eat a TV
dinner? Does the TV need to be turned on when they eat them? What are
the requirements?

I made some boxes of Kraft macarooni and cheese instead.
