Check your inbox on Thunderbird.
I finally got the newsgroups to work then the email stopped working! I uninstalled and set up my email account again. It appears to be working but with this nutty program I can't be sure. Jill |

Weird about the mail bouncing, I do have other recent mail in that inbox, but I don't know why those emails and not all my emails. Of course, I need to look at my settings, but it's strange. nancy |

I'm not even asking that it be idiot proof, just not so opaque that it takes that long to figure out. Jill used to work in IT and knows her way around a computer, so you can only imagine how frustrating supposedly "easy to use" software is for the rest of us. -- Food is an important part of a balanced diet. |

I don't claim to have kept up with everything, but if you've got the ports set correctly sending/receiving email shouldn't require hours of checking and resetting things, or uninstalling and reinstalling. The more they "improve" things, the worse it seems to get. Jill |
