My McAfee A/V software is telling me I can't send email to you. What the
heck did your ISP do?

How strange, and you just emailed me earlier this morning, no? I have
no idea.

Things like this don't happen by accident. Glitches, maybe, and trying
later might resolve the issue, but generally it's that a parameter has
changed. However, I don't see why an anti-virus would be blocking
*outgoing* mail, unless it was inadvertently set to do that.

You know what, Jill? Your note of this morning did something different ...
it asked me if I wanted to let you know I got it before I opened it, yes
notify you or no, don't notify you.

You never had that option on your emails before, I was kinda surprised.

Some ISPs are starting to block entire domains known as spam havens
Chances are Nancy's ISP is doing this. Try going through hotmail and
see if that works.

Mine does if you sign up for their spam blocker, and indeed, Jill's is
blocked. However, I have 2 addresses on the account, Jill uses the
other one, it has no spamblock on that one.

I signed up for spam blocker through my ISP as well. It makes life so
much easier If you have two accounts on the same ISP the spam
blocker will affect both. Jill will need to get through using one of
two methods. You can contact your ISP and ask them to let her address
through or she can try hotmail, mail.com, or another freebie mail
account and send it from that account.

Obfood: We are going out tonight if DH gets back here shortly since we
aren't going by car but by waterway. A couple of guys are coming with
us. The place we are going to has really nice appetizers. Their onion
rings rock! OTOH their chili cheese fries suck

What's the error message? Turn off McAfee to send, see if it makes a
difference.
