I don't have to think deeper. What you're saying is that slavery was worthwhile because it allowed you to exist. OTOH, it doesn't matter what you or I believe because that's all just Twilight Zone fantasy i.e., it ain't reality.

I love you buddy, but your brain is on fire. I´m saying that nobody, in
this world now, would exist without slavery. Slavery has been endemic to the
human race since the first Paleolithic tribe conquered its neighbor. Slavery
may even go back further than Homo Erectus.
Other humans might or might not be here, but they wouldn´t be "Us". All
of them would be somebody else, not you or me or...
Think deeper.

People have also killed each other since before your Homo Erectus, but
that's no reason to go after your neighbour with an axe.

And to enforce your point, Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck never lived together.

Funny how people these days are rejecting works of literature that
involved slaved, rejecting the significance of historical figures who
owned slaves or supported slavery and vilifying the American slave
experience, but they are still flocking to historical sites that were
built with slave labour. The pyramids, the Colosseum, the Great Wall of
China, the Blue Mosque and many others were all built with slave labour.

Possibly not the Pyramids. Egyptologists think the pyramids were built
by farmers during the annual Inundation. In any case, Egypt had both
chattel and debt slavery. Being sold into slavery for debt and being
imprisoned for debt (as the Victorians did) are not that different.

Yes, apply 21st Century morals to pre 19th century actions. Does not
work. Of course we see differently now but if were were living back
then maybe not so much.

Who knows whose forefathers were not slaves. Slavery was common around
the world. Slaves were often captured in warfare or were political
prisoners. Black slavery replaced white slavery when they became a
cheaper option when Africans made a business of warring on their
neighbours to sell them into slavery.
