Thanks for the recipe. It's somewhat more involved than the recipes I
usually make but I'll keep it in mind. What I'd like to make is a
sponge cake in the rice cooker and then make a tres leches cake. That
would be sweet - literally.

I'll keep you in mind if I ever see any more recipes for the rice
cooker. It seems to me, that once you find a recipe that works in the
rice cooker, you should be able to convert others that are similar to
it. The rice cooker switches to off/warm after the liquid has
evaporated enough, so timing isn't an issue. Personally, I wouldn't
dream of using the rice cooker for things other than rice; but I don't
use a slow cooker, so you know that style of food doesn't appeal to
me.
