Default Focaccia by Carol Field


The book came today and it's in perfect condition. Everything,
including shipping, was well under $10 (about 7.50) and came on the
first day of estimated arrival. Can't get any better than that!

I don't remember who recommended it, but if you're reading this -
thanks! I can hardly wait to start thumbing through it.

I have a full bottle of beer that someone opened and didn't drink that
has been languishing in my refrigerator waiting for me to do something
with it, so with any luck - I'll find a focaccia dough recipe that
calls for beer.
