I had to go into a nearby city this morning to pick up my son at the bus
station. As I was walking from the car to the station I passed a bunch
of young people, three guys and a girl, and one of them said "Do you
want to smoke a joint sir? " I stopped and turned around and he is
holding out a joint. I asked if if he was retarded. He seemed a little
surprised at my question and asked why? "Because you are dealing drugs
on the street in broad daylight a block from the police station." He
said that he wasn't dealing drugs he just thought I might want to smoke
a joint with them. I asked "What ?? Is this Woodstock?"


A few minutes later I saw them walking across the pavement at the bus
station and one of them is smoking a joint. It really was pot.

I went for a walk around the block while I waited for my son's bus to
show up. I saw a police car stop and the cop and his dog get out. When I
got back I saw one of them in handcuffs.
