Default Pretty sure now that Strubs sauerkraut is not pasteurized

I found this PDF document on the web. It states that the following
krauts are not pasteurized:
Strubs, Bubbles, Polish Dell, and Kath's ginger and carrot.
Strubs is a Canadian thing. And very tasty.
