Default One Cilantro stripping solution

I found an unused welders brush I had. Tried it by grasping a group of
cilantro and laying them on the cutting board and then placing the welder
brush down on the stems. Then pulling the cilantro group from under the
brushes vertical teeth. It worked fairly well. Needed a regular kitchen
fork and running water to clean the welders brush. Had to heat it to dry it
before it rusted. I hope welders brushes are not coated with any toxics.
