Default To mix, or not to mix, oily peanut butter

If you want good store-bought PB, try Crazy Richard. I get it for
special occasions. Man, those guys know how to roast! It's OK to lose
maybe a quarter of the oil before stirring it in, depending on how
stiff you want it. Once stirred, store it in the fridge.

I've never seen that brand, where do you find it?

Right now I have Trader Joe's peanut butter... what a sloppy mess!
I'm thinking about adding flour to it and making peanut butter cookies
because the stuff is so thin and oily.
