I'm not terribly fond of lamb, but if it's well spiced I enjoy it.
We didn't have lamb when I was a child, so I find it strong
and off-tasting. I've even tried those tiny lamb chops that
everyone say taste so mild, and while they were edible,
they weren't something I'd seek out again. Especially
considering the price.

I've never found anything involving ground chicken or turkey
that I liked. Granted, I haven't eaten every ground poultry
recipe in the world...

Well, I think we've demonstrated again that everyone's taste
is different.

Where ground pork is called for, I use ground pork.
