I'm not terribly fond of lamb, but if it's well spiced I enjoy it.
We didn't have lamb when I was a child, so I find it strong
and off-tasting. I've even tried those tiny lamb chops that
everyone say taste so mild, and while they were edible,
they weren't something I'd seek out again. Especially
considering the price.

I've never found anything involving ground chicken or turkey
that I liked. Granted, I haven't eaten every ground poultry
recipe in the world...

Well, I think we've demonstrated again that everyone's taste
is different.

There are some delightful Farsi chicken meatballs, but I can't remember in
which cookbook they appeared. I generally like ground poultry in dishes where
the taste of ground beef would be overpowering, such as Nargizi kufta or
Sechuan ground pork with eggplant and black beans.

Where ground pork is called for, I use ground pork.
