Depends on your hair type and texture. Some people need oils and for them yes it is good. Olive and Castor oil are both good.

With the due exceptions, I'm with you. Yesterday night I had minestrone, and
when plated I added a couple spoons of EVO oil, I love it. Minestrone is a
wonderful dish for olive oil.
