Ingredients

* 10 ounces (300 g) bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
* 2/3 cup (150g) unsalted butter
* 3/4 cup (175 mL) sugar
* 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
* 3 x large eggs
* 1/2 cup (125 mL) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp (2 mL) salt
* 3 ounces (90 g) white chocolate chips or chunks
* 3 ounces (90 g) milk chocolate chunks

Method

1. Preheat oven to 325 F (160 C) and grease and line an 8-inch pan with
parchment paper.
2. In a bowl resting over a pot of barely simmering water, melt
chocolate and butter, stirring gently. Remove from heat and stir in sugar
and vanilla.
3. Stir in eggs, one at a time. Stir in flour and salt. Fold in white
and milk chocolate chips.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a tester inserted in the centre of
the brownies comes out clean. Cool before slicing.

Decadent Chocolate Sauce
Recipe by Anna Olson from Fresh

Makes about 2 cups.
Ingredients

* 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
* 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 2 tbsp corn syrup
* 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
* dash salt

Method

1. Slowly heat condensed milk, chocolate, butter and corn syrup in a
small heavy-bottomed saucepot over low heat, stirring often. Once
chocolate is melted (but still looks grainy), increase heat to medium and
stir constantly until smooth and creamy.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
3. Serve chocolate sauce warm.

A best friend, however, would be sitting in the cell next to you saying
"Man, that was f******n Awesome!"
