Halibut is pretty good deep fried. Once while in a restaurant in Paris
one of our party had a wonderful looking deep fried fish. It was a
whiting that had been gutted and butterflied, dredged in seasoned flour
and deep fried whole. It looked good and was delicious.

Hey Mitch!
Whole Flounder is a wonderful salt water species of fish to fry. Just
coat it with your favorite egg wash flour dredge or batter. Also,
don't forget the Hush Puppies, Coleslaw and American Fries to round
out your excellent "shore dinner".
