Our next door neighbor made Cincinnati chili for us one time. It was
okay but it's not something I would want to make myself. I do however
put cocoa in my chili. I don't use 4 tablespoons though. I only use
about a teaspoon. You can't taste the cocoa but you can tell a
difference if you leave it out. I'm not sure if it makes the chili
taste richer or smoother but it definitely does something to make it
better.
