One of my nephews is a chef. I was surprised to find out how bad the
pay was, considering that he had spent a few years in college. However,
he has moved around a bit and worked his way up. He is now executive
chef in a restaurant. Apparently he has some issues, but it should be
easier for him to move on because he now has executive chef experience.
