Defrosted Beef Rump Steaks (not of the highest quality)....
Tell me ...Please.... I have just defrosted 780g of beef rump steak....Not
the top quality steak either...... I have already defrosted it, then my son rang to ask if it was OK to not come home for dinner...... I only like Rump Steak when it is fresh from the butchers, and not frozen...... I have defrosted 2 Pork Mid Loin Chops for myself tonight.....
