Default Lemon Bar Cookie recipe

My grandson helped me make the lemon bars (actually he did most of the
work, I just supervised) and my son arrived to pick him up just as
they came out of the oven, so they didn't get a chance to cool
properly before cutting. I sent half home with them and we all
sampled half of the remaining half. I just checked the two pieces
that got a chance to sit out overnight and they were a lot firmer. I
will put them into the refrigerator to see if they lose the remaining
bit of stickiness after an hour or two. Thanks for the idea.
