I like to limit the added stuff to 3 or 4 or 5 different things. I
really like the garlic & ginger flavors in moderation. A tiny drop or
three of dark sesame oil is something different. What's best however is
eating bread and butter pickles with. Fabulous. Altho any
sweet/sour/salty pickle will do, just don't overpower overthing else.
The B&B pickles I can eat in bigger chunks!
