Usually when I fry rice I'll add some eggs and/or beans, peas and
onion. What else mix well with fried rice? It should be easy to cook and available in the average grocery stores. |

Doggone near whatever your heart desires. I used a brown rice base with bacon, seasonings/herbs, a splash of hot sauce and a few veggies last night. Don't ask which ones, just the ones I had on hand. Tomorrow will be totally different. jim |

I like to limit the added stuff to 3 or 4 or 5 different things. I really like the garlic & ginger flavors in moderation. A tiny drop or three of dark sesame oil is something different. What's best however is eating bread and butter pickles with. Fabulous. Altho any sweet/sour/salty pickle will do, just don't overpower overthing else. The B&B pickles I can eat in bigger chunks!
