Good advice! I always check my statements. Alert the card companies
immediately if you see inexplicable charges on your statement.

I have a card dedicated exclusively to Persia's [my cat] vet bills. I never
use it for anything else. The vet thought I was kidding when I mentioned
Persia has her own credit card. (Too bad Persia's not responsible for the
bill! LOL) I explained I never use the card for anything other than medical
care for my cat
