He still has the hair but has toned down his wardrobe. He had a few reality shows on VH1 called Rock of Love. A bunch of women signed up to get banged by him and he picked the best. lol He never stuck with any of the winners. More recently he was on Trump's Apprentice show. Apparently he had a brain hemorrhage and is fighting for his life right now. He has type I diabetes which is for some reason making it more complicated. The diabetes part always scared me with the way he would drink on the reality show. He'd say things like his liver hurt and he had to take a night off. http://tinyurl.com/2822eme (just a google image search result set for him) |

Of course, that's an argument for a glass or two of red wine, not whatever he was probably drinking. |

I don't care one way or the other, I never heard of him... can he enunciate a comprehensibe word, probably not. No loss. What's a stoner? http://westmemorials.com/ |

Here's a useless bit of information, he was a PA Dutch, Lancaster, PA area Mennonite (as raised) but got into the hair band, drinking, drugging, partying scene. He lived rough, and played rough, it's not surprising that he had a brain bleed. He never took care of himself and now his body is rebelling. I'm sorry this has happened, but there is no one to blame but Bret Michaels himself. -g |

I never paid much attention to him or his band, but I guess he's got good genes (good jeans, for sure!) because he didn't strike me as such a heavy drinker. Seems like a bright guy. He's got young kids he seems devoted to, I really hope he pulls through. nancy |

All night and day/ Unskinny bop bop bop bop she just wants to play." Personally, I wouldn't wish him ill, no matter how many moronic but freakishly catchy pop songs he sang. |

Do all such bleedings arise because of a misspent youth? It's odd then, that the doctors can't find the source of it. Your attitude is unbelievable. I don't approve of him particularly, nor did I think Rock of Love with Bret Michaels was anything to brag about, but he seems to have some redeeming qualities, and also seems to be out of the early rock/drug scene. Yep...he's drug and booze free. I wonder how many here can play a bad ass guitar like he can? You don't just one day say, "I'l gonna be a rock star" and then become one. It takes a lot of low and no paying gigs, being the opening act for a lot of loser bands and then if you lucky one day...you get your record and even then it doesn't mean you'll become famous. I can't believe how many narrow minded people still exist just because of the way someone dresses or how their hair is. |

I know all about diabetes education. What I don't know is the truth and reality of Brett Michaels' life as it correlates to his medical situation. Neither do you. Jinx |
