When flash frying zucchini and yellow squash slices, the zucchini takes a
little longer, so start the zucchini first. I used a very little bit of peanut oil, and had the electric burner on high. Wanted to get them browned slightly. Other than the different cooking rates, they were good. To soften them up to match, right at the end, I put a little water in there to make it steam. Some tarragon and beau monde provided good flavor. Oh, and a dash of ground summer savory. Steve Visit my blog at www.cabgbypasssurgery.com |

They are so much easier than the local Rx system. Here in Utah, most doctors take the day off Fridays. Then Saturdays, they do, too. On Sundays, the whole state takes off, Sundays being a religious holiday. Then there's the thing about calling in your refill to the pharmacy, them having to call the doctor at times, sometimes there's a problem with this prescription or that one. So, sometimes it takes up to a week to get prescriptions filled. My insurance changed the first of the year, so I went with an alternate plan. I've had enough after only slightly more than three months. I take upwards of 450 doses of meds a month. It is difficult to keep them all juggled even in the best of circumstances. But all my experience with Express Meds has been positive, so I will go back with them. Steve Visit my blog at www.cabgbypasssurgery.com |
