When flash frying zucchini and yellow squash slices, the zucchini takes a
little longer, so start the zucchini first.
I used a very little bit of peanut oil, and had the electric burner on high.
Wanted to get them browned slightly. Other than the different cooking
rates, they were good. To soften them up to match, right at the end, I put
a little water in there to make it steam.
Some tarragon and beau monde provided good flavor. Oh, and a dash of ground
summer savory.
