Hi all,

Just for all those bbq nuts like me out there, am wondering which
brand of briquettes you guys prefer - and why? There seems to be quite
an extensive list of briquettes available at the stores and I am
concerned the brand I have chosen (Heat Beads), may not stack up
against some of the competitors products. Have I chosen a good one,
and what do you guys look for in a quality briquette?

There is no "quality briquette." Real "bbq nuts" know that. These
days lump isn't even super expensive.

Why is that... everyone who charcoals knows that there
are NO good briquetts... may as well grill over a kerosene fire.

I recently heard someone say they didn't buy the cheap stuff. They
sprung for Kingsford. Uggg. What do you say to that shit?

Just be sure to get the instant or match light ones. That way you won't
need to buy any additional lighter fluid. The brand doesn't matter at all.
