Can it be true that lemon juice has zero nutritional value?
I made my own home carbonation system using a carbon dioxide tank and am carbonating lemonade made from lemon juice. I think it's healthy but my friends pointed out that there is zero calories and zero vitamins in lemon juice ... not even vitamin C! The label appears to back them as it lists 0% vitamin A and C. Can it be that lemon juice has no nutritional value at all? |
