Hey, Luca -- do you know a recipe for something called "brascatina"? My
spelling may not be correct. It was made my old neighbor Signor
Mezzenga. It is rather like ratatouille -- essentially a vegetable
stew. I make it as I make it, but I'm curious to know if you've ever
heard of such a thing.
