You correctly corrected me about the Declaration of Independence!

I stated that it was read to the public on the 4th of July and signed on
the 8th.

I stand corrected! I got it backwards. It was signed on the 4th and read
on the 8th (as you said), today, which also marks the first time the
Liberty Bell rang out. It was xerox'd on the 8th too, if I'm not again
mistaken.
