I figured the foodies would steer us in the right direction...

We moved here about a year and a half ago. We don't dine out much -
mainly just get carry out from the local Thai place. DH has been
awarded a dinner (for four) of our choice, any restaurant, all
expenses paid, no limit on budget, any place here in PDX metro area.
Our only personal requirements are that it not be Italian or French.
Freshness of ingredients and cleanliness are a must. Where should we
go? It will be adults-only.
