Wildwood and Jake's can be a bit noisy. |

Our dinner has been post-poned. I rushed to the ER Wed PM with severe pain of unknown origin, and admitted so that they could yank my gall bladder yesterday - huge stone stuck in my bile duct (no previous idea that I even had one). I'm pretty sure I have pneumonia as well...so I'll be out of commission for awhile. Pain meds are, however, delicious... -L. |

For great Chinese food, try Lung Fung at 2025 N. Lombard. And if you like movies, try McMenamins Theater and Pub at 1716 NW 23rd. For 2$ (I think it's only two bucks; I haven't been there for a while) will get you a movie or two that you can watch while eating a meal or drinking beer from the pub. And there's nothing wrong with Tony Roma's... :-) Ron |
