Well, *I* don't care who knows! Besides, who's going to know if I'm lying?

Height: 6' 3"

Weight: 220 lbs

Age: 46

Diet-Style: Whatever I want. That equates to pretty much following the food
pyramid. My main protein source is chicken (I prefer dark meat), second is a
toss-up between seafood and pork, third is beef, then everything else. The
bulk of my nutrition comes from varied grains; I almost always have some
kind of grain-based starch at a meal. It's not as monotonous as it might
sound, since besides the usual rice, wheat, and corn products, I include
barley, millet, quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat, and spelt. I also enjoy eating
vegetables, provided they're prepared competently. Dave, you stupid troll,
if you want to know the "diet-style" of the posters here, why don't you read
the threads where we all say what we had for dinner (or Christmas, or
breakfast, or any other meal)?

Tonight I had cornbread and split pea soup for dinner, but the soup wasn't
vegetarian because it had bacon and pepperoni in it -- thanks for the
recipe, Carol! I had a yogurt parfait for dessert. But maybe that's not
typical, because I just got back from six days in Las Vegas, where I *lost*
a pound. Typical or not, it's what I *wanted*, which guideline has served me
pretty well so far.

Doctor-Trips/Year: 1 physical exam, in which I'm always told that I'm
healthy as a troll half my age. (Since cancer runs in my family, it would be
extreme folly to skip the checkup.)
