I have been attempting to make ice blended coffee at home. I use
coffee, chocolate coco powder, milk, and crushed ice; all spun in the blender...naturally. The taste is not so bad, however, the drink seems to separate almost immediately; the ice bits float to top and separate from the liquid at bottom. Question: Does there exist an ingredient I can add that will keep the drink homogeneous?...and not harm the taste? Thanks, Tom |
