Maybe a person just has to really like black pepper in order to appreciate such
things. I personally am not a fan of black pepper. The only thing I use it on
is scrambled eggs or in cooked dried beans or in bean soup. It's not a heat
thing either since I like jalapenos and cayenne pepper. I simply don't like
the taste of black pepper all that much.
