Default Caviar and Truffle sources

Hey folks,
I'm busy planning my Christmas and New Years meals. I'm looking for some
good sources for exotic ingreedients.
I need some Caviar and would prefer Osetra at less than $50 a Oz.
Unfortunatly, I think I'm going to have to go with
http://www.tsarnicoulai.com/ which won't be too bad.
As for truffles, I don't need $100 worth, just enough for a asparagus and
morels salad with poached quail eggs. I know https://www.dartagnan.com
carries them, but they seem a bit pricy (going to call my local Whole Foods
too).

I'm also looking for some squid ink, anyone know any good sources?

Thanks!
-N
