Default Catfish vie noch nie...

I mixed some ground cashew nuts in with the corn meal before breading the
catfish. Very tasty!

Plan to try ground pecans soon...

Crushed Pecans are a normal addition to Southern Fried Catfish batter. At
least they are down here in west TN. Adds a richness to the cornmeal batter
that simply isn't found elsewhere.
