I re-discovered eggplant about 15 years ago. It is very versatile vegetable. And eggplant tapenade or caponata makes a great item for a summer picnic. In case you can use some additional recipes, the following site has a database containing 2655 eggplant recipes with more being continually added. http://www.aubergines.org/ |

How do I grow it indoors? In the garage? I'm puzzled since these plants were quite big before they started to wilt. Thanks for the rhubarb link - I still feel it's the hot dry summers, but we grew it in full sun about 50 miles from here. Dora |

I doubt you can grow rhubarb indoors, not unless your abode consists of an unheated trailer in the Adirondacks. ---= BOYCOTT FRANCE (belgium) GERMANY--SPAIN =--- ---= Move UNITED NATIONS To Paris =--- ********* "Life would be devoid of all meaning were it without tribulation."
