No difference

Also, if you don't mind, what should be done to a

Wash in cold water, pat dry with a paper towel, salt and pepper the inside
cavity. Rub the outside with a small amount of fat (oil butter) (Optional).
A little paprika sprinkled on the outside will yield a dark well colored
skin.

Follow the package directions - for stuffing the bird - it is to be stuffed
with moist but uncooked stuffing.

Is 350 the preferred over temp?

Sure - 350 is fine.
