Default late lunch/early supper

I went with perogies...I tried something new for me. I started 1/2 a large onion (in slices) in a
frypan with a little oil and some salt. Puttered around with the onion fill it wa starting to go
translusent, then added some sliced brown button musheooms. Putterd a bit longer and threw in
some frozen perogies. By the time the perogies were done the onon had started to
caramelizemmm...which was a good thing. Served to plate and garnished with sour cream and
shredded old cheddar.

Usually I just boil the perogies and then either serve them or pan fry them. But this worked out well.
