I have some which I have used in cooking successfully. Emptying
a cupboard yesterday I also discovered two Hershey's, three
different Ghirardelli (mocha, "sweet ground", dark), and a
Van Houten's. Enough to last me forever (and probably my heirs.)

I want to make your cake soon but it will have to be for more
than just the two of us.
