Default Need help re Guadalupe

Just gota call from a trusted work associate who is off to Guadalupe
on Weekend

Any tips or things to avoide or see do etc will be much appreciated
so that I may pass on .

Traveller is 60 year old very conservative gent who does like his
food though .

I have not been there in 15 years so doubt my tips would be much
use in 2009
