Hey! Thanks! I know I don't have the real fresh peppers in my garden (I
have Anaheims), but I can pretend. But, I do have the real dried stuff in
my cupboard, both red and green.

Janet, next year try growing a New Mexico variety at home. Get the seeds

Thanks for the neat site. But I thought that trying to grow the Hatch at
home was like trying to grow Vidalia onions. That the signature produce had
everything to do with the location.

I've grown excellent NuMex Big Jims in St. Louis.
