Default Cooking website



Although I like Greek food, I rarely cook it but I do enjoy reading
about it and seeing photos.

is a nice website.

Today he made eggplant fritters and said:

"I served these with a cool, refreshing avocado Tzatziki which was
basically strained Greek yogurt mixed with minced garlic, chunks of
avocado, lime juice, seasoned to taste and a pinch of cumin for a warm
undertone."

I'm not sure about the cumin, but the rest sounds pretty good!

Im practically addicted to the cucumber version. Made with peeled,
seeded and squeezed to remove excess moisture cucumber. Bit of lemon
and garlic and its better i think if using yogurt cheese.
