Default scotch legs

So it will be chicken legs. Covered with spiced meat of a different
species. Floured or maized. This might work.

Concieved in drunkeness, as were many of us, this may work. Test
batch is cooking now.

Ground pork with spices, maybe too thick - we'll see. Corn meal
coating. Instead of deep fry, a slow oven - hoping the chicken will
cook before the pork burns.
