Default Storing pizza dough

Hi - I made my first homemade pizza dough today and would like to store the
remainder for use later in the week (at least 3 days). What is the maximum
time it can be stored in the fridge? Thanks in advance for your help.

After three days in the fridge it should be all right, but just freeze
it and you'll have no doubt about it. I made pizza day before
yesterday with dough I'd frozen about a month ago. No problem.

I three to five days should be fine. If you keep it longer, it will develop
a more sour taste - which could be to your liking, but you have to consider
this. I often make dough and bake some of it immediately, and keep the rest
to bake later. We can't eat two loaves of bread before they go stale. If I
save half the dough and bake it a couple of days later, it works out better.
