Moi?

I have been known to do a number of things unconsciously, on 'auto
pilot' so to speak, but i gots to admit, i don't understand how i had
any influence in the perception of a Japanese convenience food as 'swank'

I mean i like it, use it, but 'swank'?

BTW i used a rice flour coating for fried chicken the other day, for the
first time, it was very good, crispier and a better flavor than ordinary
white flour. And the gravy i made with the pan drippings & rice flour!
i swear! im a complete convert to rice flour! Nicer color to, a lighter
tan almost beige rather than brown.

Next im going to make a batter with rice flour to fry with. Im anxious
to try it with battered & deep fried prawns.
