I don't see how anybody could or would consider Seattle a coffee
Mecca of any sort. But I'm not a religious person so nothing
surprises me lately.

It's not like Seattle has a huge weasel that imports coffee from
Malaysia and shits out coffee beans. They can't even grow decent
coffee in the NW. Just like Gilroy can't grow Garlic.

Please, it's not a weasel, it's a civet:

Cute little guy, no?

In any case, the coffee-cognoscenti in Seattle do not go to Charbux.
That particular company has chosen to specialize in various forms of
sugary hot milkshakes. For real espresso, I recommend Caffé d'Arte,
near the Pike Place Market. Try a straight shot pulled from their
Fabriano blend (made in an traditional wood-fired roaster). Then you
will be a religious person. There are quite a few other excellent local
cafes, churches of the true brew: Zoka, Vivace, Vita, etc.

Cindy (cjfuller) and I have posted lists of recommended Seattle foodie
destinations to this group. Google and ye shall find.

NO! It's a mug only a mother can love. Seems like he just smelled
something funny and look at those teeth... I'll call him "Bucky".

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.
