Default Getting to use my new Dutch oven

I'm roasting a duck and a Cornish hen. My newly acquired 5 qt. Dutch
oven is just large enough to accommodate the duck.

The duck was rubbed with salt and pepper, and the hen with salt,
pepper and sage.
A little later I'm going to add a peeled onion to the cavity of the
duck.
