Do you do yoghurt outside? I make it weekly. In the pot. I need to know when the milk is 160 and again 105. Not a meat thermometer, but a *cooking* thermometer. Alex, who knows you can't test yoghurt with your thumb. |

I have a glass thermometer that I use to take the temp of the water I'll be dissolving my yeast in. It looks like a test tube with a metal clip on the top. That's a cooking thermometer isn't it? I don't make yoghurt or even yogurt. -- Janet Wilder Way-the-heck-south Texas Spelling doesn't count. Cooking does. |
